Terms & Conditions

1/ The leader or principle of the artist undertakes to appear personally for the performance.

2/ The contract can be cancelled provided that,

A/Written notification received from the client 28 days prior to the performance date and provided 50% of the fee is paid.

B/Cancellation notification in less than 28 days of the performance date, full fees are paid.

3/In the event that the artist fails to arrive after signing the contracts, the artist is liable to full payment of fee to the Client/venue,

Unless garage receipts or doctors certificates are supplied within 4 days.

4/ The Client/Venue shall provide proper supervision of the persons attending the performance and shall evict any persons causing a nuisance to the Artist or persons at the performance.

5/ The Client shall supply adequate secure changing facilities with toilet and washbasin as a minimum.

6/ The Client shall supply a safe adequate electrical supply to the stage area (Minimum 2-13amp supplies)

7/ If special licences are required for the event these must be applied for by the client, failure to do so or if the event is prevented from running

Because of this, Clause 2 applies.

8/ Please note that whilst you are requested to sign and return the contract, which is a written confirmation of a verbal agreement

already made, failure to sign and return it is not sufficient to cancel the agreement. Only a written objection received within seven days from the date of issue is acceptable.

I DECLARE that I have read and understand these terms and conditions of hire and any relevant operating and safety instructions supplied with any equipment, and I sign the contract fully aware of the implications and responsibilities placed upon me by doing so.
